Our drivers are the face of our company. To maintain a high level of services, our staff receive ongoing internal and external training. For the internal training of our drivers, we have our own training room. The training room is used to keep the knowledge of our current drivers up to date and to ensure safety in traffic. In our training room, various practical situations can be simulated down to the last detail. The training room is also used to give new drivers sufficient basic knowledge before they take to the road. After attending the internal training, new drivers are first put on the road for a number of weeks under the supervision of a mentor driver, so that they can learn all the tricks of the trade. In addition, our employees periodically take the following courses/trainings, among others: ADR, driving & rest periods, VCA, forklift & reach truck and BBS (Behaviour Based Safety). Office staff and all our other employees are also given the opportunity to follow periodic tailor-made specialist and general training courses, so that we as a company keep up to date with the latest developments in our field.
