Jan Visser celebrates 50 years with the company

We are proud to celebrate a remarkable milestone: Jan Visser has been with Staalduinen for 50 years. Half a century marked by craftsmanship, personal growth, and dedication.
Jan joined the company in 1976, without a formal job application, but with a strong connection that had been built from an early age. As a young boy, he often accompanied his father, who also worked at Staalduinen, and later Gert Jan van der Lee. After finishing school, Jan started working in the Opel garage before quickly moving on to the tanker trucks, where he continues to work with passion to this day.
In the past 50 years, Jan has witnessed tremendous changes in his profession. Technology has advanced rapidly, and the work has become increasingly sophisticated. Yet it is precisely this continuous development that has kept him motivated and engaged throughout his career. No two days are the same, and the variety and independence in his work continue to inspire him every day.
We would like to thank Jan and express our sincere gratitude for everything he has meant to Staalduinen over the past 50 years. It is an extraordinary achievement, and one that we as an organization are incredibly proud of.
